The Sacerdoce belongs to the specific setting of Paris, la nuit. It is not an additional clan from V5 canon, and its public presence must not be confused with the collective allegiance of a bloodline or faction to the Camarilla.
Lydia Veyrac, a former Prévôt, has sat on the Council since May 2025. She joined the Camarilla as an individual. Her public voice addresses consent, imposed roles and the distance between an elegant procedure and the coercion it actually produces.
Her seat gives the Sacerdoce political visibility, not a territory or collective sovereignty. For the Court, the challenge is to hear criticism from within without turning this singular position into a poorly defined precedent.
