Places and domains
Places carry memory without revealing all its causes.
The territory is not limited to four cities. Rural roads, relief, the Canal du Midi, the coast and old domains determine possible passages and the stories told about them.

Montségur
Montségur remains first a place of human history and its dead. Nocturnal stories around it are numerous; none turns the fortress into automatic proof of an occult truth.

The Sidobre
The Sidobre is crossed by peculiar energies, difficult to name and older than the authorities that divide the region. Some claim that the Sidhe use places of this kind as passageways.
03 / Places and domains
Canal, stations and coast
The Canal du Midi, stations, road axes and Mediterranean routes connect different authorities. They are spaces of passage, not neutral corridors.

Narbonne: incomplete coordination
Since 2017, no Consul has replaced the destroyed authority. Clémence Fabre is the main interlocutor; Abdel Nouri contributes to technical networks and passage; Émilie Sarda represents a generation arriving after the catastrophe. They can coordinate a response without claiming to govern the whole city. The Narbonne Watch names that practical capacity, not a constitutional title. Loyalty to its former position does not make Narbonne a regular Stop again.

Perpignan: power in practice does not make a Prince
The official authority of the Viguer of Roussillon has been interrupted since 1998. The Court has created no incumbent in exile. The Sabbat holds the ground without unified government: Mateu Ferrer maintains strategic continuity, Mercè Vidal a religious and martial outlook, Noé Serrat a generation treating the city more as an instrument. Three approaches and three packs constitute neither a single Court nor an extension of the Harbinger of Sade.
