The Court / Peace of Paris
KEEPERS OF ELYSIUM
The Keeper answers for Elysium and its safety when the place receives the Peace of Paris. This office grants no territorial authority over the Bourg.

Seven Keepers, seven methods. Their authority begins with the Peace of Paris inside a particular venue; it does not follow the name of the Bourg on a map.

Keeper of ElysiumHéloïse Saint-ClairVentrueVentrue / Keeper of Elysium
Héloïse Saint-Clair
Guardian of La Cour. She requires an Elysium to appear credible to mortal eyes before it even opens.
Héloïse Saint-Clair approaches every Elysium as an event that must first have a coherent human explanation. Her experience of cultural circles, luxury and event production supports a simple doctrine: ordinary traces should not disappear, but must all tell the same plausible story.
Method Make the Elysium look ordinary to mortal eyes.

Keeper of ElysiumSamir OualiTremereTremere / Keeper of Elysium
Samir Ouali
Guardian of La Torche. He believes a building must be understood before it is used.
Samir Ouali reads a building like a document. His background in research and conservation leads him to treat visible, technical and historical circulation as layers of the same place. For him, the soundness of an Elysium depends on this prior understanding, never on the supposed prestige of its address.
Method Understand the building before using it.

Keeper of ElysiumClara BensimonNosferatuNosferatu / Keeper of Elysium
Clara Bensimon
Guardian of Le Havre. Her first concern is movement and the ability to leave a place without becoming an event.
Clara Bensimon does not confuse refuge with immobility. Her experience of hospital and community logistics taught her to observe ordinary movement, the functions of a building and the way a group can enter it without creating a spectacle. In her view, a place is suitable only when its use remains understandable from the outside.
Method Be able to make the guests disappear.

Keeper of ElysiumAugustin LemaireToréadorToréador / Keeper of Elysium
Augustin Lemaire
Guardian of Les Hautes Terres. He uses the codes of privilege to make a gathering socially explainable.
Augustin Lemaire understands the customs of private collections, sales and circles where restricted access surprises no one. He does not seek absolute discretion, which would attract attention, but a level of prestige able to explain the guests, staff and restrictions without turning the place itself into a story.
Method Conceal power behind privilege.

Keeper of ElysiumMina VargaMalkavianMalkavian / Keeper of Elysium
Mina Varga
Guardian of Le Carrefour. She chooses not so much a building as a moment within the movement of the city.
Mina Varga thinks in flows. Her experience of venues, clubs and festivals allows her to recognise the expected rhythm of a crowd, a street or a neighbourhood. She does not treat this sensitivity as prophecy: she observes breaks in the pattern and judges whether a gathering can blend into the night around it.
Method Blend into the natural movements of the night.

Keeper of ElysiumIdriss KonéBanu HaqimBanu Haqim / Keeper of Elysium
Idriss Koné
Guardian of La Forteresse. He focuses on those who own, maintain and can genuinely open a place.
Idriss Koné reads places through their access rights. His knowledge of property law and urban planning leads him to examine owners, tenants, contractors and maintenance before considering a door secure. A visible closure means little if too many people can legitimately cross it without raising suspicion.
Method Control who may enter, why, and under whose authority.

Keeper of ElysiumNora KesslerBrujahBrujah / Keeper of Elysium
Nora Kessler
Guardian of Les Tours. She favours places whose uses are themselves being transformed.
Nora Kessler observes Paris through urban planning and mobility. She is interested in buildings between states, when uses are shifting and the city has not yet established a new normal. In Les Tours, this attention suits a territory where construction and reassignment continually reshape routes.
Method Use Paris's constant transformation as cover.
